The Signature Room at the 95th

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Location: The location of the restaurant is perfect. The restaurant is on the 95th floor in John Hancock Center with an incredible view.

Parking: I do not recommend driving. It is preferable to find public parking and then walk. There is a lot of traffic in this area of the city.

Service: The service is below average. The waiters never explained the menu and never asked about how the food was or if we needed something else.

Food quality: I expected much more in the quality of the food. We had to wait around 40 minutes for our food and when it finally arrived it was cold and tasted like leftover food. This is American food. We ordered seafood pasta.

Price: If you compare the price for the quality of the food and the service, the restaurant is expensive. We spent around $150 on 2 courses and 2 glasses of wine.

Atmosphere: The most impressive thing about this restaurant is the view. We really went for the view, but the atmosphere is neither pleasant nor friendly. We made reservations, arrived on time, but we had to wait downstairs until somebody comes for us. It was very noisy too.

Recommendation: If you want to have dinner with a wonderful view, this restaurant is perfect, but if you want to have quality service and awesome food, this isn’t the right place. I recommend goin somewhere like Smith and wollensky.

Adrress: 875 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611.
