Location: We visited the restaurant located in Mills Ave, Orlando. The restaurants have other 4 locations.
Parking: The restaurant has its own parking (small) or you can parking in the street (free).
Service: The service is great. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was pretty busy, but the waiter was still patient.
Food quality: It is an Asian restaurant. The type of food you will find in this restaurant is the true Asian food from the “street”. The food is amazing, and the portions are normal size. We ordered for appetizer roti canai (2 Malaysian flatbread served with a curry sauce) the sauce is spicy but the bread is the most delicious bread, and the siu yoke (crisp pork belly, hoisin dipping sauce) it is pork so you will taste fat. For main dish Hokkien Mee (egg noodles mixed with shrimp, sliced chicken and char siu, wok-seared with veggies in a dark sauce) this plate is great if you don’t eat spicy food, curry laksa (spicy coconut curry stew brimming with shrimp, chicken, fried tofu, wheat noodles, veggies, and hard-boiled egg) be careful with this plate because it is really spicy even for my boyfriend (he likes to eat spicy food). We decided to drink 1 beer (golden monkey) and 1 cocktail (Sakeberry). The beer has 9.5% of alcohol but doesn’t taste so strong the cocktail was very refreshing, I like it. The food was fresh and authentic Asian flavors. This is one of the best Asian restaurants in Florida.
Price: the prices are great for the quality and portions of the food. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 dishes, and 2 drinks for $46 plus tip.
Atmosphere: very normal. Nothing fancy. I like it.
Recommendation: It is a busy restaurant and I bit small inside so prepare yourself for that situation. It is better if you make a reservation, we wait for around 30 minutes to get the table. You will eat authentic Asian food in this place so if you never try before you should ask somebody for a recommendation about what to eat there.
